The location of the hotel was really convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to prepare our own meals and save some money. the cleaning service was provided daily, ensuring a clean and tidy room.
The poor WiFi connection, which made it difficult for us to stay connected and plan our activities. some of the staff at reception seemed unfocused and unhelpful, which made it challenging to get the assistance we needed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a great area of the city. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were really helpful and friendly. I loved the attention to detail in the rooms, especially the double bed we booked. The room even had a balcony at the back on a high floor, which was a lovely bonus. Another highlight was the breakfast, which was included in the price. It was a great way to start the day before exploring the city.

The location is excellent, with the Rato metro station just across the street, providing easy access to other areas of the city. there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby, making it convenient for dining and shopping.
The noise from the busy intersection outside can be quite bothersome.

Beautiful view on the rooftop, comfortable beds, and very clean rooms. The helpful reception desk made our stay even better. The hotel is conveniently located near the Estrella Basílica and a metro station. Plus, there are pastry shops nearby for a delicious treat. Although some guests mentioned noise, we were so exhausted from our day that we slept through everything. Additionally, parking in front of the hotel is free from 7pm until 9am. I highly recommend Wallis Sao Bento for a pleasant stay.
